Cancellation/No Show Policy

Because we are appointment only, we ask that our clients provide us with a credit card to hold their time slot, We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. You may also cancel online. Please arrive 5-10 mins before your appointment. The Bronzing Studio, in turn, will do our best to minimize your waiting time. You can call for last minute appointments and we will do our best to always accommodate.

NO SHOW POLICY 

 If you don’t show up to your appointment, you are subject to a $25.00 No Show Fee that will be charged at your next appointment. If you arrive to your appointment 15 minutes late that will also be considered a No Show and you will be charged the fee and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
